Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to all UK residents who are aged 16 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Purity Organic Skincare (the "Promoter"), it's affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

By taking part in this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, and, if they are selected to be a winner and are resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, they will receive a set of Purity Organic Skincare products. The set will contain a Facial Moisturiser, Regenerating Overnight Moisturiser, Anti-aging Moisturiser, Anti-aging Serum & Mask, Facial Exfoliator, Conditioning Cleansing Lotion, Facial Wash (the "Products").

There are twenty prizes of the Products available.

The closing date for the promotion is 5pm, Friday 5th July 2009.

Only one entry allowed per email.

The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

There is no cash or alternative prizes available and prizes are not transferable. The decision of the Promoter is final and no communication will be entered into by the Promoter.

The winners will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator. The winners will be notified by email within 30 days from the closing date of the competition.

The prize in the form of the Products will be delivered by post to each winner's designated address within 28 days of the winner being informed they are a winner.

A list of the names and countries of the cash prize winners will be available after 31 August 2009 by sending an SAE to Purity Organic Skincare Prize Draw Promotion, .4 Wakeman Road, Kensal Rise, London NW10 5BN.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incorrect or are not delivered, or are delayed. The Promoter is not responsible for non / late receipts of email entries due to operator / network failure or for any associated costs to entrants.

The Promoter reserves the right to withhold, change or cancel the prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules. The Promoter also reserves the right to amend the competition rules at any time.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage if deemed necessary in their opinion and / or if the circumstances are outside of their control.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoterís agencies for the purpose of servicing / implementing the promotion and prizes in the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands) without the individuals prior consent.

The Promoter is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
